His expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including, Mining and Construction, Energy, Automobile Industry, Telecommunications, Media, Pharmaceutical and Medical, Information Technology, Services Management Activities, Outsourcing and Shared Services. Throughout his career, he has consistently supported organisations in strengthening their HR foundations, optimising workforce structures, and aligning people strategies with business objectives.
