We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team! This role is essential in supporting our sales department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position reports to the Sales & Business Development Manager. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and assisting the sales team to deliver outstanding service and results.

Responsibilities
· Work with Sales teams to provide quotes and proposals
· Check data accuracy in quotes and proposals
· Follow up with suppliers and ensure that quotes are supplied in a timely manner
· Work with Sales and Technical Teams to compile Tender and RFP responses
· Scheduling sales meetings and appointments
· Work with the Logistics department to process orders
· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
· Respond to customer complaints and questions
· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
· Maintain and update sales and customer records
·Maintain and update accurate renewal records and ensure sales teams and customers are informed in a timely manner
·Develop monthly sales reports
·Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Must Have
